Refund policy

We want you to have worry free shopping. Your happiness is important to us. All orders are custom made. If your product arrives with defects, damaged, or not the size or color you ordered, within 30 days, contact us for a refund or replacement. It's important that you contact us immediately so we can start the replace or refund process. 

If your package has not arrived or says it arrived but you don't have it, please contact the shipper to file a packaged not received claim. They will go looking for it. If the shipping company confirms they lost it, we can then start the replacement process. 

Because each order is custom made, there are no refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong address, but we still want to hear from you to understand the issue and see what we can do.
